High Arctic Announces Executive Addition
Red Deer, Canada – December 2, 2013 – High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (TSX: HWO) (“High Arctic” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Maguire as Vice President, International. Based in Australia, Michael will be responsible for the day to day management of the business in Papua New Guinea (“PNG”) and will report to Kevin Doran President, International.

Michael has almost 20 years of oil field experience, the last seven years with a large Australian oilfield service company where he held a number of senior management positions. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales, and is a former Vice Chairman of the Australian chapter of the International Association of Drilling Contractors.
